Tasting & Consultation

Design and tasting appointments are reserved for wedding cakes serving 75 guests or more. Please bring any photos and drawings that you may have to help describe your dream cake.

Delivery

Delivery fees are determined by distance. Our delivery range is roughly two hours from San Rafael, California. Longer deliveries are determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not recommend self-transporting cakes when traveling more than two hours, especially if structural elements are involved. Clients who choose to self-transport do so at their own risk.

Payment

A 50% deposit and acceptance of the terms are required to place your order. Because much time and attention goes into designing your cake, the balance is due two weeks prior to the delivery date.

Cancellation

An order becomes final when we receive payment whether in part or in full. If you need to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded just so long as you notify us at least one week prior to the delivery date. There are no refunds on orders placed nor canceled less than one week prior to the delivery date.
