Cherry Blossom Wedding

"As a sponsor of a Bay Area Wedding Network event, I created this wedding cake as my showcase piece. The biggest challenges that come with building a cake like this are: size, weight, construction and of course, transportation. It took more than 30 hours but was worth every second. I got so many great compliments and was thrilled to see so many attendees taking pictures of it with their cell phone cameras."
